Planning is essential to any project. IC2S will sit down with you to discuss the details and evaluate the alternatives prior to generating a quote. From this meeting, which is usually combined with a walk-through, we will generate a fixed price proposal at no charge. We can go to just one of your sites, or take a look at each site individually if that is necessary.
At this point, you will be assigned an internal project manager for all of your sites. This project manager will coordinate and develop the different phases of the install. He will manage the timeline and plan any additional work that was not specified in the aforementioned meeting and therefore not in the proposal. The manager will also coordinate the most appropriate times for our technicians to complete the work. He will track progress of the job and make timely contact with the customer in regards to the progress of the job.
Once the installation is complete, the project manager will provide the customer with test results, map documentation, closet detail, and photos of the site.
Later, if there are any questions or service issues, you call the same number and speak with your project manager. We track every detail in a special folder that contains all critical information for your site(s). This is a permanent document that is updated as your network grows. In the future, as your needs grow and change, this document aids us in providing the best recommendations and service possible.
